Referral Program Terms
1. Eligibility and approval
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, reside in the United States, and provide an accurate U.S. mailing address. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. The program is limited to the first 100 applicants approved by us. We may approve, reject, suspend, or close an account to protect the program, customers, or Wehb.pro.
2. Independent relationship
You participate as an independent referral partner, not as an employee, agent, franchisee, joint venturer, broker, or legal representative of Neitsch LLC. You cannot bind us, negotiate for us, make warranties for us, or represent that you work for Wehb.pro. Participation does not guarantee earnings, hours, assignments, or continued access.
3. Qualified referrals and attribution
A qualified referral is a new customer who visits through your active referral link and completes an eligible $99 Wehb.pro website purchase that remains paid and undisputed through the 30-day clearing period. Attribution ordinarily uses the last valid Wehb.pro referral code stored in the customer’s browser for up to 30 days. We may reject duplicate, manipulated, unverifiable, misattributed, or technically incomplete claims. Self-referrals, purchases by members of your household or business made principally to obtain a commission, test purchases, refunded or disputed payments, fraudulent activity, and transactions violating these Terms do not qualify.
4. Commission and quarterly checks
The stated commission is $25 per qualified referral. Pending commissions become eligible only after the clearing period. We plan quarterly check runs after March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31, ordinarily issuing eligible payments by April 30, July 31, October 31, and January 31. Timing may reasonably vary for review, postal, banking, tax, fraud, or operational reasons. We may offset a later payout if a previously paid transaction is reversed or found ineligible.
5. W-9 and taxes
You must provide a valid completed Form W-9 through the secure process we designate before your first payment. Do not enter or email a Social Security number or tax identification number through the referral dashboard or ordinary support email. You are responsible for taxes on your earnings. We may withhold payment or apply backup withholding where legally required and may report payments to tax authorities when an applicable threshold or rule requires it.
6. Required affiliate disclosure
Every endorsement or placement of your referral link must clearly and conspicuously disclose the financial relationship close to the recommendation and link. A suitable plain-language disclosure is: “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link.” The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand on every relevant page, post, video, email, or other communication, including where space is limited. You must express honest opinions and accurately describe Wehb.pro.
7. Prohibited promotion
You may not send unlawful or unsolicited bulk email or messages; make false, unsubstantiated, misleading, or guaranteed-results claims; impersonate Wehb.pro or Neitsch LLC; use confusing domains, accounts, or ads; offer unauthorized discounts or incentives; use malware, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, hidden frames, automated clicks, or deceptive interfaces; bid on Wehb.pro trademarks in paid search without written permission; target children; violate platform rules, privacy laws, advertising rules, intellectual-property rights, or anti-spam laws; or promote through illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or fraudulent content.
8. Account security and accurate information
You must provide current, accurate registration and payment information, keep your password secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. One person or business may not operate multiple accounts without written approval. We may require identity, address, tax, or attribution verification before approval or payment.
9. Brand license
While your account is approved, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use approved Wehb.pro names and materials solely to make truthful referrals. You may not alter our logo, imply sponsorship beyond this program, register confusing marks or domains, or create materials that diminish the brand. All goodwill benefits Neitsch LLC.
10. Changes and termination
You or we may end participation at any time. We may update the program, commission, clearing period, payment schedule, capacity, or these Terms prospectively by posting updated terms or giving reasonable notice. Material changes will not retroactively eliminate commissions already eligible under the version then in effect, except for fraud, error, reversal, legal requirements, or breach. On termination, stop using the referral link and brand materials. Valid eligible commissions remain payable subject to these Terms.
11. Records, disputes, and liability
Our Stripe and referral-system records control absent clear error. Notify us of a commission dispute within 60 days after the relevant dashboard entry or expected payment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the program is provided “as is,” and our aggregate liability connected with the program will not exceed unpaid eligible commissions owed to you during the prior six months. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
12. General terms
These Terms and the referenced Privacy Notice are the entire agreement for the referral program. Delaware law governs without overriding mandatory law that applies to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. You may not assign participation without our written approval.
