Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Wehb.pro handles information when you create, revise, purchase, and download a website.

1. Who controls your information

Wehb.pro is operated by Neitsch LLC, 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #1452, Newark, DE 19702 (“Wehb.pro,” “we,” or “us”). For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Business and contact information you enter, such as a business name, email address, phone number, location, services, reviews, and social links.
Website instructions and revision requests you submit.
Generated website content and project identifiers.
Payment status and transaction identifiers received from Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete card number.
Technical information ordinarily processed by our infrastructure providers, such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security logs.
If you apply to the referral program: your legal name, account email, password hash, U.S. mailing address, public profile URL, program certifications, referral code, clicks, attributed purchases, commission status, payment records, and whether a W-9 has been received. We do not ask you to store a Social Security number or tax identification number in the referral dashboard.

3. Why we use it

We process information to generate and revise your preview, provide automatic 24-hour preview recall using the same browser or a project ID and matching email address, confirmed with a one-time code emailed to that address, complete your purchase, provide a protected download, respond to support and privacy requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We use an IP-based signal only to recognize that a recent project may exist and to enforce generation limits; an IP address alone does not reveal or grant access to a project. If you affirmatively select the optional marketing checkbox, we may also send occasional Wehb.pro product news and offers.

Where GDPR applies, the principal legal bases are performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where specifically requested.

For referral accounts, we use the information to review eligibility, secure the account, attribute qualifying purchases, prevent fraud and self-referrals, calculate commissions, issue quarterly checks, maintain tax and accounting records, and communicate operational program notices. Optional referral-partner marketing requires a separate, unselected checkbox.

4. AI processing

Your intake and instructions are processed by AI service providers to generate website copy, design settings, and an original hero image. Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information. Learn more in our AI Transparency Notice.

5. Service providers and recipients

We use infrastructure, security, AI, hosting, and payment providers, including Cloudflare for security and infrastructure and Stripe for checkout and payment processing, to operate Wehb.pro. These providers process information under their own terms and applicable data-protection commitments.

6. International transfers

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where GDPR requires safeguards for a transfer outside the EEA, applicable transfer mechanisms may include adequacy decisions or approved contractual safeguards.

7. Retention

Unpurchased website previews are deleted 24 hours after they are created, or when a longer save period you asked for ends. Purchased website projects are retained while the purchase remains in good standing so you can download, change, and host them. If included hosting lapses and is not renewed within 30 days of the site going offline, the project is deleted. Keep your downloaded or emailed ZIP, because we do not keep deleted projects. Consent and suppression records are retained as needed to document and honor your marketing choice. Stripe transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal records may be retained longer when required or reasonably necessary. You may request deletion, subject to records we must retain.

Referral account information is retained while the account is active and afterward as reasonably needed for commission disputes, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Referral click records use hashed network and browser signals and are normally deleted after 90 days. Completed tax forms are collected through a separate secure process, not stored in the public referral dashboard, and retained as required for tax administration.

8. Your choices and rights

Marketing is optional and the checkbox is not preselected. If you leave it unchecked, your record is flagged to exclude it from marketing. If you opt in, you may withdraw consent at any time through our unsubscribe page, an unsubscribe option in a message, or by emailing us. We keep a suppression record so we can honor that choice. If you affirmatively ask us to email recovery instructions when leaving a generated preview, we send that requested operational message even if you did not opt into general marketing. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability and to complain to a supervisory authority. Email us to exercise a right. We generally respond to GDPR requests within one month, subject to lawful extensions and identity verification.

9. Cookies and tracking

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance, including page views, visits, referrers, device types, browsers, countries, and page-load performance. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data. We do not use this analytics service for cross-site advertising or behavioral profiling.

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile and related infrastructure signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse and enforce generation limits. Our infrastructure and payment providers may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver, secure, and complete their services.

If you follow an affiliate link, Wehb.pro stores the referral code in first-party browser storage for up to 30 days so an eligible purchase can be attributed to the referring partner. The referral service may record a one-way hash of limited network and browser signals to count clicks and reduce manipulation. You can remove the stored code by clearing site data in your browser.

10. Children

Wehb.pro is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not use it if you are not old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

11. Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including keeping API and payment secrets off the public frontend. No online service is completely secure. We may update this notice as the service develops and will revise the date above.

Legal review recommended: This notice reflects the present MVP and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a broad EU commercial launch, particularly regarding an EU representative, processor agreements, international-transfer safeguards, tax retention, and jurisdiction-specific consumer requirements.
