Privacy Notice
1. Who controls your information
Wehb is operated by Neitsch LLC, based in Newark, Delaware (“Wehb,” “we,” or “us”). For privacy questions or requests, contact wehb-ai@wehb.pro.
2. Information we collect
- Business and contact information you enter, such as a business name, email address, phone number, location, services, reviews, and social links.
- Instructions, revision requests, example website URLs, and uploaded brand or design references.
- Generated website content and project identifiers.
- Payment status and transaction identifiers received from Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete card number.
- Technical information ordinarily processed by our infrastructure providers, such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security logs.
3. Why we use it
We process information to generate and revise your preview, complete your purchase, provide a protected download, respond to support and privacy requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. If you affirmatively select the optional marketing checkbox, we may also send occasional Wehb product news and offers.
Where GDPR applies, the principal legal bases are performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where specifically requested.
4. AI processing
Your intake, instructions, and supplied reference materials are sent to OpenAI to generate website copy and design settings. Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential information, or third-party material you are not authorized to use. Learn more in our AI Transparency Notice.
5. Service providers and recipients
We use Cloudflare for backend processing and database infrastructure, OpenAI for AI-assisted generation, Stripe for checkout and payment processing, and the recommended host for the public Wehb frontend. These providers process information under their own terms and applicable data-protection commitments.
6. International transfers
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where GDPR requires safeguards for a transfer outside the EEA, applicable transfer mechanisms may include adequacy decisions or approved contractual safeguards.
7. Retention
Project information is retained while reasonably needed to provide previews, revisions, downloads, support, security, and transaction records. We retain the email address submitted to start a build, together with a record of whether marketing consent was granted or withheld. You may request deletion. Some payment, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or legal records may be retained longer when required or reasonably necessary.
8. Your choices and rights
Marketing is optional and the checkbox is not preselected. If you leave it unchecked, your record is flagged to exclude it from marketing. If you opt in, you may withdraw consent at any time by using an unsubscribe option in a message or emailing us. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability and to complain to a supervisory authority. Email us to exercise a right. We generally respond to GDPR requests within one month, subject to lawful extensions and identity verification.
9. Cookies and tracking
The current Wehb MVP does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics. We use Cloudflare Turnstile and related infrastructure signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse and enforce generation limits. Our infrastructure and payment providers may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver, secure, and complete their services.
10. Children
Wehb is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not use it if you are not old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
11. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including keeping API and payment secrets off the public frontend. No online service is completely secure. We may update this notice as the service develops and will revise the date above.
Legal review recommended: This notice reflects the present MVP and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a broad EU commercial launch, particularly regarding an EU representative, processor agreements, international-transfer safeguards, tax retention, and jurisdiction-specific consumer requirements.
