Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Wehb, operated by Neitsch LLC. By using the service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Wehb uses artificial intelligence to create a preview and downloadable static website from information and reference materials you provide. The standard purchase includes one initial generation and up to two AI-assisted revision requests. Each submitted revision instruction counts as one revision.

2. Price and delivery

The price displayed at checkout controls. Payment is processed by Stripe. After confirmed payment, Wehb provides access to a downloadable ZIP. Hosting, domain registration, email, future maintenance, and third-party services are not included unless expressly stated.

3. Digital-content cancellation

If you ask us to provide the download immediately, you expressly request performance during any otherwise applicable cancellation period. Where permitted by law, you acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right for digital content may be lost once supply begins. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right that cannot legally be waived.

4. Your materials and promises

You retain ownership of materials you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, transmit, analyze, transform, and use them only as needed to provide, secure, and support Wehb. You promise that your submissions, instructions, testimonials, logos, images, names, and branding are accurate and that you have all necessary rights and permissions.

5. Design references

You must truthfully state whether you own or are licensed to use a reference. An inspiration-only reference may be used solely for broad creative cues. You may not use Wehb to impersonate another organization, create a deceptive clone, infringe intellectual property, or mislead visitors about affiliation or endorsement.

6. Rights in the output

Subject to payment and these Terms, we assign to you any rights we may have in the generated website files. AI-generated material may not qualify for exclusive copyright protection in every jurisdiction, and similar outputs may be generated for others. Third-party materials and software remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.

7. Your review responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and testing the website before publishing it. This includes facts, advertising claims, professional or regulatory statements, prices, testimonials, links, accessibility, privacy notices, consumer disclosures, intellectual-property rights, and fitness for your intended audience. Wehb does not provide legal, regulatory, accessibility, or marketing certification.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Wehb unlawfully; submit malware or harmful code; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operation; evade limits; generate deceptive, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive websites; or use the service for prohibited or high-risk automated decisions.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may reject content or use that creates legal, security, operational, or third-party risk. Generation time and availability depend partly on outside services. Keep your downloaded ZIP; continued storage or re-download availability is not guaranteed indefinitely.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wehb is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that AI output will be unique, accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, non-infringing, compliant with every law, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Neitsch LLC against third-party claims arising from your submitted materials, your published website, your infringement or unlawful conduct, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing terms and contact

Mandatory consumer protections in your country or state continue to apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Questions may be sent to wehb-ai@wehb.pro.
