Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Wehb.pro, operated by Neitsch LLC. By using the service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Wehb.pro uses artificial intelligence to create a preview and downloadable static website from information you provide. The standard purchase includes one initial generation and up to two AI-assisted revision requests. Each submitted revision instruction counts as one revision.

Each successfully generated preview is automatically available for recall for 24 hours. A returning browser may restore it directly; otherwise, recall requires both the project ID and the same email address used to create the project, plus a one-time code sent to that email address. A shared IP address alone never grants access to a preview. The recall window is temporary and does not replace purchasing or downloading the website.

2. Price and delivery

Launch offer. Websites purchased from October 12, 2026 through November 12, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. US Eastern Time are US$19 instead of the regular US$99. The launch price is applied automatically at checkout, covers the website purchase and its included 12 months of hosting, and cannot be combined with other discounts. Hosting renewals after the included period are at the regular price described below. The offer ends on the date stated.

The price displayed at checkout controls. Payment is processed by Stripe. We contribute 0.5% of each purchase to carbon removal through Stripe Climate. After confirmed payment, Wehb.pro immediately provides access to a downloadable ZIP and emails a copy to the address on your project. Your project is kept, and can be downloaded again, while your purchase and any included hosting remain in good standing, as described below. You are responsible for keeping a copy of the ZIP. Domain registration, email, future maintenance, and third-party services are not included, and hosting is included only as described below.

Included hosting. Each purchased website may be published once, free of charge, at an address you choose under wehb.site (for example, yourbusiness.wehb.site) for 12 months from publication. Hosted pages show a small “Made with Wehb.pro” link; your downloaded files do not. Addresses must reflect your own business and may not use another person’s name, trademark, or brand, or wording that invites confusion or phishing. We may decline, rename, suspend, or remove a hosted website, without refund of the website purchase, if it violates these Terms or the law, receives a credible legal, abuse, or trademark complaint, or creates security or reputational risk. We will email you before the included period ends. Automatic renewal. When you publish (or renew), automatic renewal is selected by default and you may deselect it. If it is on, hosting renews at the end of each 12-month period for US$29 per additional 12 months as a Stripe subscription charged to the payment method you used at checkout, which you authorize us and our payment processor Stripe to save and charge for this purpose. We email you at least 30 days before each renewal, and you can turn automatic renewal off at any time, in one click, from the link in those emails or on your delivery page; it then stops before the next charge and your site stays online until the end of the period already paid. We will tell you before a renewal if the price changes. Renewal charges are not refundable except where required by law. When hosting ends. If hosting is not renewed by its end date, your site stays online for a 7-day grace period, is then taken offline for 30 days during which you can still renew it (renewal restores it as it was, with the new year counted from the original end date). While it is offline, your website project is treated as unpaid: downloads and changes are unavailable until you renew. If it is not renewed within those 30 days, the hosted site, its address, and the website project are permanently deleted. We email you before and during each of these steps. You keep the files you already downloaded or received by email either way. Hosting is provided as available, and the address is licensed to you, not owned.

3. Digital-content cancellation

If you ask us to provide the download immediately, you expressly request performance during any otherwise applicable cancellation period. Where permitted by law, you acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right for digital content may be lost once supply begins. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right that cannot legally be waived.

4. Refunds

Because the website is customized digital content delivered immediately, purchases are generally final after the ZIP is supplied. If the purchased files cannot be downloaded or are materially different from the selected preview, contact us promptly so we can repair or replace them. This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, chargeback, or other rights that applicable law gives you.

5. Your materials and promises

You retain ownership of materials you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, transmit, analyze, transform, and use them only as needed to provide, secure, and support Wehb.pro. You promise that your submissions, instructions, testimonials, logos, images, names, and branding are accurate and that you have all necessary rights and permissions.

6. Originality and impersonation

The streamlined intake does not accept third-party design references or brand samples. You may not use Wehb.pro to impersonate another organization, create a deceptive clone, infringe intellectual property, or mislead visitors about affiliation or endorsement.

7. Rights in the output

Subject to payment and these Terms, we assign to you any rights we may have in the generated website files. AI-generated material may not qualify for exclusive copyright protection in every jurisdiction, and similar outputs may be generated for others. Third-party materials and software remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.

The website may use a customer-supplied hero image, original generated imagery, an SVG graphic, or a typography-only treatment. For customer uploads, you retain ownership and remain responsible for all necessary rights and permissions. When Wehb.pro generates a hero image, we will not intentionally reuse that exact file for another customer. You receive a perpetual license to use, display, crop, resize, and adapt that generated image with the purchased website and related marketing, but may not redistribute it as a standalone stock asset. Generative AI can produce similar material, so copyright eligibility, uniqueness, and exclusivity are not guaranteed.

8. Your review responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and testing the website before publishing it. This includes facts, advertising claims, professional or regulatory statements, prices, testimonials, links, accessibility, privacy notices, consumer disclosures, intellectual-property rights, and fitness for your intended audience. Wehb.pro does not provide legal, regulatory, accessibility, or marketing certification.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Wehb.pro unlawfully; submit malware or harmful code; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operation; evade limits; generate deceptive, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive websites; or use the service for prohibited or high-risk automated decisions. We limit how many websites can be generated by one person or network in a given period, and may change these limits at any time. Shared networks can share the same allowance.

SEO check. The free SEO check at /seo-check/ looks only at public web pages and gives you three checks per day per network connection or IP address. It is an automated, general-purpose review and not a guarantee of search ranking, traffic, or results. The optional $5 PDF report is a one-time digital product, delivered immediately and emailed to the address you give at checkout, and the same no-warranty and liability terms in this agreement apply. We keep check results for 24 hours (30 days once the report is purchased) and then delete them.

10. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may reject content or use that creates legal, security, operational, or third-party risk. Generation time and availability depend partly on outside services. Keep your downloaded ZIP; continued storage or re-download availability is not guaranteed indefinitely.

11. No warranties

WEHB.PRO, ITS WEBSITES, HOSTING, AND ALL AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neitsch LLC disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and results. We do not guarantee that your website, its copy, or its images will be unique, accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, compliant with every law, or that it will bring you customers, traffic, search ranking, or revenue.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITSCH LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO WEHB.PRO, A PURCHASE, OR HOSTING IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THAT PURCHASE AND WILL IN NO WAY EXCEED IT. Neitsch LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, even if advised of their possibility. These limits apply whatever the legal theory and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of them may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Neitsch LLC against third-party claims arising from your submitted materials, your published website, your infringement or unlawful conduct, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully: it affects how disputes are resolved. Before filing a claim, you agree to open a support case, choosing Legal as the topic, and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If it is not resolved, you and Neitsch LLC agree that any dispute relating to Wehb.pro, a purchase, hosting, or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration may be held by video or phone, or in Delaware or the county where you live. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding, and there is no jury trial. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase by opening a support case with the Legal topic that includes your name, the email used for the purchase, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will proceed in court, not in arbitration.

15. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act for Section 14. Any court proceeding permitted by these Terms will take place in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Mandatory consumer protections in your country or state continue to apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. For questions about these Terms, open a support case and choose Legal as the topic.
