AI Transparency Notice

Wehb uses generative artificial intelligence. OpenAI models help generate and revise website copy and select design settings from the information and references you provide.

What the AI does

Organizes your submitted business information into website sections.
Drafts and revises marketing copy.
Chooses from supported visual settings such as contrast, typography category, corner treatment, and hero alignment.
Analyzes an optional screenshot, brochure, style guide, document, or example URL for permitted creative direction.

What it does not do

Wehb does not make consequential decisions about people and is not intended for employment, credit, insurance, healthcare, education, law enforcement, legal eligibility, or access to essential services. It does not independently verify your claims, licenses, testimonials, or regulatory obligations.

Human review is required

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, overly generic, or unexpectedly similar to existing material. You must review the website before publication, including facts, claims, names, contact details, links, accessibility, intellectual-property rights, testimonials, and legal disclosures. Two revision requests are included to help refine the output.

Brand and copyright safeguards

When you submit a reference, Wehb asks whether you own it or have permission to use it. If you do, the system may follow the supplied brand system closely while producing original code and copy. If you do not, the reference is limited to broad cues such as mood, color relationships, typography category, and visual density. We instruct the AI not to reproduce logos, wording, illustrations, distinctive trade dress, or a substantially similar layout.

Identifying AI-assisted output

Downloaded packages include a “Generated by Wehb” notice and deployment documentation, and generated HTML contains generator metadata. You should retain appropriate disclosure when publishing AI-generated content where law, context, or audience expectations require it.
